LowTek CopyFaster License Agreement

By installing or using LowTek CopyFaster ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not free software. You may use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for an initial evaluation period of 30 days without charge. If you use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT after the initial 30 day evaluation period, you must pay the $9.99 registration fee to purchase a license. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. LowTek Creations and Spencer Low ("LOWTEK") are not liable for any consequences from the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. LOWTEK makes no claims whatsoever concerning SOFTWARE PRODUCT. LOWTEK tries very hard to ensure that SOFTWARE PRODUCT works as LOWTEK designed it, but LOWTEK cannot guarantee that SOFTWARE PRODUCT will always work as designed in all circumstances. Common sense is advised: Thoroughly test SOFTWARE PRODUCT with non-critical data to your own satisfaction before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT is owned by LOWTEK and copyrighted with all rights reserved. You may not rent, lease, sell, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not distribute modified or separated versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
